02. Concept & Pre-Design
Based on the insights gained from the initial consultation, we develop a detailed design proposal that includes comprehensive floor plans, material board selections, furniture, lighting and art choices, and any other relevant details. We meticulously examine the design proposal to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and functionality. With an approved plan, we progress into a detailed design phase, which may include elevations and renderings.
03. Design Develpment & Reveal
As we transition from the design phase, we initiate the transformation of concepts into reality. We begin to source and order fabrics, materials, and furniture to integrate into our designs. throughout the installation process, we are on-site to supervise deliveries, coordinate with vendors, arrange furniture placement, install artwork and window treatments, and finalize details. Finally, professional photography, reveal and pop the champagne!
01. Envision & Plan
Your journey to beautiful design starts with an initial meeting with us. We learn about your goals and needs and how you wish to enhance your space. We get to better understand your project with inspiration images and floor plans. We discuss your expectations on budget and timeline which helps us to formulate a tailored design proposal that meets your expectations. We consult with any architects or builders and may conduct a site survey to get a sense of the space. Signing of agreement and project take off!
